planting new churches

I heard that the PCA plant a new church per week.How do the PCA get the resources?Why the PCA stresses church planting so much? What is the method of planting a new church?What is the success rate in the PCA for example?

Looking at the numbers for 2014 and 2015, they went from 1499 to 1534 particular churches, or a net gain of 35. That's not adjusted for transfers in and out or closures.
Mission churches went from 332 to 327, so the pipeline got a tiny bit smaller.

Comparing the numbers 2013 to 2014, we saw a net gain of 5, but an increase 18 for mission churches.

After a loss in members in 2014, there was a gain for 2015.

I saw a the PCA statistics as well the PCA grew ro more than 370, 000 members. Just a few transfers occured from RCA and PCUSA, the PCA grew by church planting.
