Podcasting for Sermons

Is anyone here familiar with how to put sermons as a podcast? Or are there any good sources on how to do it? I was asked by my church to look into it.

This website claims to be able to help with this. Not sure of the costs. http://podpoint.com/ Our church records my sermons on CD, which I then convert to a video with a still picture using Windows Movie Maker, and then I upload it to our Vimeo page. The whole thing is free.
