Preparationism

Anyone know of any modern books on "Preparationism" as taught by Edwards & Kuyper? I did find Smallman's "Birthline" and Peter Master's "Physicians of Souls".

With respect to the NE context, books on the Antinomian controversy by David Hall and William K.B. Stoever deal with this in a measure (the latter writing "A Faire and Easy Way to Heaven"). More directly dealing with Preparationism is Norman Pettit's The Heart Prepared: Grace and Conversion in Puritan Spiritual Life. And with respect to JE, there is John Gerstner's Steps to Salvation.
