Puritans on Evangelism and Missions

I am looking for books, written by Puritans only on the following subjects:
- Evangelism
- Missions

Can anyone help me out.

Maybe it's not from a puritan, but one book that really opened my eyes for missions is "Let the nations be glad from John Piper". By the way if i see you next time (probely over some years ???) you can also borrow it from me?

Ian Murray's Puritan hope is a good read. Five pioneer missionaries I don't know who wrote it, but it is an excellent book on the begginnings of the modern missionary movement. David Brainard's Journal by Edwards is an excellent read. John G. Paton written by Charles Michael is a great story for anyone young or old. He was the first missionary to The New Hebrides, he was thoroughly reformed, and experienced unprecedented results.
