Push Notifications (and how to permanently disable prompt)

A bit ago I added the ability for users to enable push notifications for content. Since we don't use an external app, this allows devices to receive notifications of new content based on the user's preferences.

Preferences regarding Push Notifications are found here: https://www.puritanboard.com/account/preferences

I've also added the ability to Disable push notifications prompt. You can find that option on the same Preferences page. You won't be prompted to enable push notifications if you select that option.
