Sidlow Baxter

Could anybody provide more info on Sidlow Baxter, such as his theological standing?

I actually read a lot of his material when I first started studying. I've got a lot of his books, Mark these man, Explore the book, God so loved the world and some others. But as to his doctrinal positions am not that sure, it's been a while since I read his material. I don't think he was a calvinist though, but he was certainly evangelical.
