Members of our Church are encouraging involvement in the Stephen Ministry.

But there is some confusion about the cost.

I would like to hear about experiences with the Stephen Ministry,
is it just another para-church organization or is it valid?

our church has a Stephens Ministry, I'm not sure about all the costs and such,
but our pastors like having the ministry.
