UDAP Bear Spray - Has Anybody Here Ever Used It?

I was talking to a friend of mine last night who has used this for a while. He has actually used it for self defense 3 times already. His description ... "It dropped them like flies!" He says this blows away probably all the other pepper sprays that are out there.
