What do you recommend?

I am wanting to read through a systematic. I have Berkhof, Reymond, and Horton. I have read bits and pieces of the first two and am waiting for the third to come in the mail.

Out of these three which would you recommend?

But if you could get Bavinck, then I think you should read him first.

Indeed. Berkhof first. He channels Bavinck in many ways, so you can wait until funds are present to read his Reformed Dogmatics.
