Definitely not Happy Gilmore's.

Highlands, NC. is nice (Golf, BBQ, waterfalls, hiking, BBQ and more golf)
Civil War battlefields - just imagining what it was like
In the arms of my children - no place better
Jackson, WY is nice
Washington Island, WI is a relaxing place
Flagstaff, AZ is beautiful

Mom wouldn't mind the orange. She lives in the Mississippi Gulf Coast/New Orleans area and tends to root for *sigh* LSU. So I get to mom's kitchen about as often as everyone else gets to their mountain retreats.

Athens has some pretty incredible food to hold me over though. Canton is a little ways away, but if you're ever in town let me know and I'll take you to where the good grub is. I don't know about wearing any orange here though, unless it's your underbritches, cause I do have somewhat of a reputation to keep up in town!

BTW, you've got a pretty good baseball team this year.

Timothy Lake, Government Camp, Oregon

Went camping and took day trips there when we lived in southwest Washington.

Lots of hiking trails.
Beautiful view of Mt. Hood.
