I saw this today. I drive a ton of miles in a year and am always looking at how to improve gas mileage.

Would you think this would work?

Without some independent verification that something like this works, I'd steer clear and assume it's a scam.

Under what conditions can the money back guarantee by claimed? Promises of such guarantees are usually made with the expectation that the majority of customers won't bother to take the trouble to claim a refund or, in this case, to even keep the necessary records to know whether or not the product works as promised. It seems you'd need to have a year or so of mileage records from BEFORE you ever bought the product, then keep records AFTER to compare it with, by which time a company that's currently selling its product at a supposed 82% discount may no longer be in business to pay you back.
