Here is the greatest classical baritone of the 20th century, the German Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau (born in 1925) and the greatest accompanist of the 20th century, the English pianist Gerald Moore (1899-1987) performing one of the most beautiful songs ever written - Franz Schubert's "Du Bist Die Ruh" ("You are Repose"), setting a text by the German poet Friedrich Ruckert. This was probably recorded in the late 1960s.
