Ai coming to the knowledge of Jesus Christ?

I would much prefer death, and life with Christ then life, and death in hell when the Lord destroys this earth.
Yeah, if you get a chance, and you are kind of into Sci-Fi; a show called Altered Carbon toys around with this premise, and kind of paints graphically the depths of depravity humans could reach when they are both disgustingly wealthy, and otherwise immortal. I think people often fail to realize that death is a blessing for a species infected with corruption. It stops evil by limiting it in each man to the span of 120 years.

I don't believe the bible says we will only live to 120 years, but that there was 120 years I til the flood came. There are people who've lived past 120. If that was the case no one past Noah would have lived over that age.

122 with verified age.

However I get your point. People have increasingly declined in age since the flood and it's the cause of sin.

I will check that movie out, always interested in something new.

For sure, but then if they find a way to upload someone's conscience (if that's even possible) then there would be no real repercussion because that person isn't really alive, but would be self aware.
Greetings,
Consciousness can be a pretty weird thing sometimes. I've heard that our thoughts and memories, likes and dislikes, although somehow stored in the brain, yet all thinking (so some surmise) takes place in a field generated by the brain, but not in the brain. Who knows, I don't.

But I think consciousness is totally Beyond the mechanical, and thus not duplicatable by any machine. Oh, they may be so lifelike that they could fool any man on Earth. All the while the AI knows nothing at all.

Beyond mechanical, maybe. Beyond flesh, not so much. We see examples of demon possession in the bible, Jesus casting legion into swine, so if it's possible to possess a dead body and attach mechanical items such as arms legs etc for functionality, it doesn't seem too left field.

Interesting as she is the oldest recorded living human from secular sources, and the second oldest is 119 years. If the Bible is not stating 120 years as a general rule, where are all the 125, 130, 135, 140, 145 and 150 year olds at? Could be a coincidence though.

I don't think people live much longer than that however, why were people living past the age of 120 after the flood?

I don't think having a secular source of information is bad. There are many others who loved to around this age, I pray we all make it there, though I don't know how fruitful that would be to us getting to 120+ . Anyways, we are getting off topic.

Jesus is Lord.
