Alternatives to Zamzar?

What are some good file conversion tools besides Zamzar? I have a Richard Muller video that is too big for me to use on Zamzar. I am trying to change it to an mp3.

You can use VLC player. This tutorial is one I found with a quick Google, but it should work and you can select audio instead:
