Anglican History

Do any of you have good resources for the history of the Anglican church. I am looking, yes, for books, but also audio, such as podcasts, audio courses, etc.

I would start with Cranmer: a Life by Diarmaid MacCulloch. MacCulloch is not a Christian (by his own admission) but his biography of Cranmer and understanding of early Anglicanism is second to none.
