If the Lord wills it, and my frequent flyer miles work out, my wife and I will be in Europe in October. We'll mostly be in Bavaria and Austria, but I'm hoping to maybe fly out of Frankfurt, which would put me in striking distance of Worms. I'm wondering if anyone here has been to Worms, and if so, if it was worth the visit. Also, would there be any other reformation sites that I'm not thinking of? We could propbably hit Zurich, but I think Geneva might be too far, and Wittenburg might be too small for the scope of this trip. Thanks.

Its many years since I was in that area. From what I remember, a few interesting things but not necessarily worth special effort to visit (in my opinion). Geneva is a fine city and Strasbourg is also well worth a visit. Noyon is probably too far away for you. Not much there. The Cathedral is unusual and there is a small museum in the house that occupies the site where Calvin was born.

I'm NOT EVEN going to say what first went through my head when i saw this title lol!

You ought to at least consider Eisenach - the Wartburg is one of the better castles even without the Luther connection. And you could loop in Weimar (about an hour's drive away) and see Buchenwald if you aren't planning on visiting Dachau while in Bavaria (and even if you are, since the two camps were completely different in purpose and design.)
