ARP "A Covenant of Integrity", 1980

Does anyone on the board know where I can access the 1980 "A Covenant of Integrity" that was signed by ARP ministers who did not hold to inerrancy? I can't seem to find it online anywhere. It was apparently published in the February 1980 issue of The Associate Reformed Presbyterian, but I can't find back issues of that magazine online older than 2009.
