I've tried to contact the ARBCA home office through 2 emails within the past 2 weeks with no avail. Does it usuallly take this long for a response from them?

Maybe you guys know the answer: Does/can ARBCA provide an "ecclesiastical endorsement" for those seeking to get into the Navy Chaplaincy Candidate program?

I don't know about the latter, but the ARBCA home office in Carlisle is abysmal when it comes to email response. You're best served calling them. I'll PM you the number.
