Biblical Theology books by L. Coppes

I have two of Coppes' Biblical Theology books.

Old Testament Biblical Theology I: Introductory Matters
Old Testament Biblical Theology II: From Adam to Adam

Both are older works, I think they were self-published.

These were given to me by one of my mentors who is an OPC pastor. Coppes was his pastor.

The copies of the above books my sr. pastor has are paperback, OfficeMax bound, (self) published, 2004. I thought it was interesting (providential!) that this question should have come up yesterday, and today I spotted these two books on someone's desk.

Dr. Bogue thinks that Coppes always has good material, and is an intelligent fellow; he just should have a better editor (or any editor at all) and his books would be better and easier to read.

A have found them to be very helpful, but like Rev. Buchanan said, better editing would help.

I especially like his evaluation of different redemptive historical models in the first volume.
