Can DVD's be shipped Media mail?

Does anyone here know if DVD's can be shipped by a Media Mail rate?

I checked the restrictions at the USPS website but did not see anything about DVD's or even CD's (music) for that matter. I seem to remember that I have sent CD's by Media mail before, but now I am not sure.

I need to give a total amount to someone regarding a PayPal transaction and I did not want to give the low media rate quote only to go to the Post Office and have to pay more than what I requested from the buyer.

Well, If I'm wrong then there are about a million video stores that are breaking the rules. I've gotten a ton of DVD's via that method.

Well, I haven't gotten a ton...but I have received some recently via media mail.
