Christian Counseling

Wanted to offer Christian Counseling from a reformed perspective. My husband is a PCA ordained minister and my theological framework is reformed theology. I offer both in person and virtual. My question is does your church offer counseling to members or refer out?

Our church has an Elder on staff, whose main function is Biblical Counseling for the congregation. I am sure if it were to be perceived a problem is not spiritual but medical in nature, they would be referred out to the local Mental Health Centers for specialized treatment.

My church primarily refers out. But it is worth noting that the counseling group we refer to has an office in our building.
