CT/NCT approach to the Law

Hi everyone,
I've been struggling recently with the differences between the covenantal approach to the moral law as compared with the NCT method of people like Douglas Moo. Does anybody have something I can read as to a Biblical defense of the moral law as compared to the NCT approach?
