God's justice is like great mountains.

Thy righteousness is like the great mountains; thy judgments are a great deep: O LORD, thou preservest man and beast. (Psalm 36:6)

How is God's justice like "the great mountains", as opposed to, e.g., flowers, which He has also created?

How do different aspects/parts of the Creation reflect different attributes of the God Who created them?

A mountain is right there for everyone to see. Mountains are strong, sure and stable. I live on the side of a small mountain, and I can other mountains when I look out my window. I don't expect those mountains to move. God's justice and righteousness are unchangeable and solid. You count on it. The trees and plants point to the sun. They reflect His order and love for beauty.

I particularly like "Thy judgements are a great deep." We could spend our lifetimes trying to understand the deep thoughts and judgements of God, and we will never completely fathom them.

I have been thinking about this--Isaiah 54:10

For the mountains may depart
and the hills be removed,
but my steadfast love shall not depart from you,
and my covenant of peace shall not be removed,”
says the Lord, who has compassion on you.
