Help With Bible Picking?

[Wynteriii]

Interesting that there is not a thread group for Bibles. Perhaps I didn't see it.

So I plan in the future to by 2 Bibles to last a lifetime. The Cambridge ESV Wide Margin seems to be what I have been waiting for. It would be perfect for my in-depth study of the scriptures.

But I also want something that does not have my notes in it, just the Word of God. Something for when I give lessons, read from the pulpit, and just to read. Sometimes my notes in the my Crossway ESV Wide Margin seem to distract and make me chase rabbits during lessons/sermons.

So I have narrowed down this choice between Schuyler and Allan Bibles. I'm leaning towards Schuyler for the added Creeds in the back. Let me know your thoughts and choices.

I have a Cambridge ESV Clarion Reference and I love it.

My kids have plain ESV Bibles that have the Scripture text only. I think they're Thomas Nelson (have to look to be sure).

I have an R.L. Allan bible and am completely satisfied with the quality. I don't know how the Schuyler is, but it does have the confessions if you so choose.
