Can you give context for those?

From what I see, "Tyne" is just a river in Scotland, "The River Tyne". And it looks like "tynt" means "it is not".

Tyne Meaning and Definition. (n.) A prong or point of an antler. (v. t.) To lose. (v. i.) To become lost; to perish. (n.) Anxiety; tine

A sassy, fun, beautiful woman, loves being in long relationships, loyal, a great kisser, loves to cuddle.

Without the context it is difficult to know which particular meaning you intend, hence a synonym is not possible without further information.
