I love my Mac BUT...

Why does it not let me set the time to 2am? I mean I can set it to 1am or 3am, but why not 2am? It is the real time after all. Does this mean I have to stay up an extra hour till 3am till I can change it to the right time?

So I try manually to use the mouse to drag the hands around on the analog clock up in time & date settings. Even this does not work. I get to 1:59 and the hour hand jumps back to 1am. I can't even get it to 3am this time (though if I set it to 1:59 it ticks over to 3am).

Problem over. I waited up till 3am and set the time right then apparently other people had the same problem

Check the Date & Time system preference. It can be configured to automatically set the time from an internet time service.
