IBLP and Bill Gothard

What has happened to Bill Gothard now he has stepped down from IBLP? Has he repented of the charges made against him?

Do you think IBLP is now going in a more Biblical direction under new leadership?

I haven't kept up with it in a while but I can make some guesses:

1) I doubt he's repented since from my understanding he denied most of the charges.
2) I think the sun has set on that organization. Organizations that are led by charismatic leaders usually don't survive the leader.

A more biblical direction would be great. But, there is much baggage that would need to be unpacked and then replaced with right orthodoxy and orthopraxy in order for this to happen.

I understand in the 1970's his teaching drew large crowds, but even two decades ago the numbers at his seminars were significantly dwindling.
