Internet Explorer Problem

Hi, I was wondering if anybody has ever had this problem with Internet Explorer before. For some reason, everything on all the web pages that we go to are super small. Font size of the text is somewhere around 2 or 3, even when View > Text Size is set to Largest. The font size of the menus is normal, its just the content of web pages that is messed up. I even had to type this in Notepad so I could see what I'm typing.

I've rebooted the system, thinking that might fix it, but no luck. Any suggestions what I need to do to fix it?

Did you check the view size of the text in the menu options?

You can go to the bottom right hand side of the browser and click the option that works best for you. Alternatively, hold down CTRL and scroll up and down with the mouse to get the right setting.

Also check the little magnification option at the lower right. Sometimes that gets set to a smaller amount with hot key combinations. You can click on it and adjust it.

May I suggest installing Firefox? I put it on an old PC laptop and like it much better than the default browser.

Google Chrome works wonderfully. There is also a PC version of Safari. In my opinion, both are faster and more lean than IE. I would also agree with Rich above me. My wife uses Firefox and she loves it. I have never heard her complain about crashes.

If you care about privacy, your browser choices should probably be, in order:

Safari
SeaMonkey
Firefox
IE
Google

I would not trust Safari at all. Apple is worse than Google at privacy management. Just a few examples:

And I top Opera for privacy concerns. Opera is my goto browser across platforms.

Yes, I set it to the largest size. Both text and graphics are small.
