I just noticed that there were only a handful of people on the forum. It looked strange seeing such a small list.

Evie, you need to be getting ready for school.
Discipulo, are you on break in the middle of a work day?

Hi Lawrence, well I work and read posts at the same time, it's called windows :)

it may not improve productivity, but it sure is a blessing to be reading edifying posts from brothers on the other side of Atlantic.

Ps - it's my own business so it's ok

Thanks. I'm giving up coffee as I don't handle it well for some reason. I only started drinking it in my 30s, and even two cups can keep me wired until lunchtime. So I've been doing the tea thing, but don't know anything about tea. Any other types without much caffeine that you all would care to recommend would be nice.

Typhoo actually makes a good decaffeinated tea. Another option without a whole lot of caffeine is Yerba Mate. It is not tea, but a South American beverage. Well, some types have a lot of caffeine, but not all of them.

Have you tried http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yerba_mate Tim?

I find that it's more mellow than coffee and many other teas and the flavor is excellent.

Have you tried Yerba maté - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Tim?

Plus, you get to walk around all day carrying a gourd and sipping on a cool silver straw!

I've been drinking, well sipping, Yerba Mate ever since I became hopelessly addicted while in Argentina right after the war. Sheesh, has it been that long?
