Unless you have a really big library to me it is probably not worth the effort. I do think it is a good idea to have Bibles, commentaries, and then other books in separate categories, and probably keeping theology separate from secular works. You can have a “bad book” category for bad theology too if you want to have some of that in your library for reference. I have Catholic, Mormon, and JW and maybe a few others in mine.
