OPC churches that joined PCA

After 2 failed merger discussions some Orthodox Presbyterian Churches joined PCA.Could you name a few? Which were?
I need some info because of my studues in church history. Could you help me?

Others will be able to tell you more about them, but many (if not most or all) of them were "New Life" churches, with at least some having that as their name. However, I don't know that every PCA congregation named New Life used to be in the OPC.

John Frame is one notable who moved from the OPC to the PCA after the OPC rejected the last merger attempt in 1986.

John Muether, the OPC historian, would be a good person to ask about this. Perhaps our own Wayne Sparkman also. He is the Director of the PCA Historical Center.

I found New Life Churhces in Dresher, Glenside, Harrison City and in York all in Pennsylvania as well the New Life Pres in Escondido.

The dates don't look right for that. The church says that it started in 1992, which was well after the failed joinder attempts. "On April 5, 1992, the first Worship Service for the New Life Presbyterian Church (PCA) was held in the Professional Building in Level Green. Rev. I'll get back with a list of the former OPC churches that came into the PCA, perhaps in just a few days.

Oddly enough, when you add them up, the exchange is pretty much equal. Nearly the same number of churches have left the PCA for the OPC.
