I just struggle with articulating presup arguments may the Lord help me
If somebody asks me how do you know X is true/God exists outside the bible
How do I proceed in a purely presuppositional manner?
Should I use the transcendental argument ?

Not sure, to be honest. But hey, why be "purely presuppositional," when you can be relatively hodgepodge and say whatever makes intuitive and logical sense. Throw things and see what sticks, you know? All systems go, a soul is headed to hell, so clog the dike with any ammunition available.

Except you might only manage to prove that belief in a far off Deity is plausible, which opens the lost soul to all kinds of divine impressions. Somewhere along the line you have to introduce the Bible.

But yes, anything seems better than nothing.

So to answer the OP, don't allow the person to rule out the Bible. That is God's voice. Gagging Him is not going to serve any good purpose.
