What are you seeing, Matthew? I'm getting an advertisement for Alan Greenspan's book and a set of headphones. Annoying enough, I suppose, but not anti calvinist.

I actually placed a notice about the ad thingy in the Updates and Information.
I'm experimenting with this for the time being. The particular ad thingy works by "sensing" what the page is about and trying to serve content that is appropriate to that content.
The primary reason I chose that particular banner is that it's not merely a banner but you can actually search for specific items in Amazon.com to price them out.
There are always going to be anomalies as to what is served up in the little display. Most of the title mesh pretty well with the discussion but you're going to see the occassional feed that's going to display a Dave Hunt work for Calvinism when you're discussing Calvinism. Why? My guess is that, on Amazon, it's one of their top sellers for that particular search.
Every time you search for something on Google you'll typically see this thing in Sponsored links. Not all the items are relevant but it usually tries to do a good job in providing relevant content.
Hey, you do the theology, I'll do the technology. It's one of the reasons I offer to help out people such as yourself.
I do appreciate the feedback. It was bugging me too about what might get "fed" so I'm glad I found another search option thingy that didn't have ads. I didn't want to have the constant litany of stuff getting fed that I had to police.
