I highly recommend a work of fiction called "Flatland." It's about a 2-dimensional being trying to understand a 3-dimensional world. We can't understand it, but we know it will be more robust than what we currently experience.
I also am unsure what you mean by "amplified time" but you can clarify if you ever feel the need.
Flatland might be instructive as to the nature of reality from one plane to another and only in so far as it helps us imagine how completely non-intuitive and incomprehensible even one extra higher dimension is - until actually experienced.
That particular work doesn't help us as to the nature of time though because any 2D time interval is going to be the exact same time interval for the 3D plane as well.
Did time exist before Creation?
No of course not. But is creation and all of its adherent natural properties going to be entirely undone and erased as (or before) creation is made anew?
If God exists outside of time, does it not also follow that we must also be outside of time in order to be with Him when we are present with Him in eternity?
Not necessarily, no. Why would one assume so? Does He bring us up to His plane or does He descend to co-exist with us in our plane? Here is another way of looking at it.
Infinity is hard to define as there are many sets of numbers that are infinite, and then there is an infinity of all possible sets of all possible combinations of sets of numbers.
If there was a fictitious computer that could count for infinity, does it count all possible numbers? That would only depend on the input.
The computer could be counting the infinity of the set of integers (all whole numbers positive, negative, and zero), but would not be counting - by definition - any fractions, decimals, irrationals, complex, etc.
Or the computer could be counting an infinity of the set of real numbers (which WOULD then include all of the rational and all of the irrational numbers).
It depends on the input parameters.
Integers would be discrete points on the number line ... -3, -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, 3 ....
Real numbers would be ALL of the points on the number line including those integers and ALSO ALL of the values in between those whole integers.
Now, that fictional computer might be counting an even more discrete infinity: ALL of the values between 0 and 1.
0, 0.0000000001, 0.000000000002 - or even more discrete would be the numbers between 0 and 0.000000001. And that also is an infinity of numbers.
So if one person says: "a set of numbers contains an infinity of numbers", there is not really that much information known about the particular values of ALL of those points that are factually infinite in number.
Now if we could apply that same concept to eternity (which could be seen as a set of values for functions of cause-and-effect or growth functions: growth in knowledge / holiness / worship etc) then it is not necessarily true that we will be outside of "Present-creation" time in the same manner as God is outside of "Present-creation" time.
And it also true that it is likely the angels are outside of "Present-creation"
human time while still not being "outside of time" in the same manner as God is outside of time.
God Himself must - by definition - lack any set of values for functions related to change / cause-and-effect / growth / learning etc.
His eternity must be higher. So much higher that I cannot even begin to try here to even imagine the nature of eternity in His
frame of reference Being.
See, even the term "frame of reference" which is so natural for you and for me and for the world at large and for angels and for demons etc. Even that cannot be applied to the omnipresent and omnipotent God of infinity and eternity.
