Over here in Europe there is now since some time a movement underway called The Last Reformation. Maybe some of you are already familiar with it. I don't if they are related with the so called "NAR."
The founder is a danish guy named Torben Sondergaard.
Some years ago I recognised especially among one of our elders "weird content," if I may describe it that way, since he gave many times long introductions into the Sunday Service, in a local Baptist Church in Switzerland where I went. He made mostly openly anti-intellectual, anti-theology, "we have to be more spiritually living and not stop the gifts" pronouncements. I confronted him on his intentions with those very weird recommendations to the church members to go to him after service to learn "to listen to and hear God," quite literally meant in that way. He sent me afterwards a whole series of online lectures from Sondergaard on this "Last Reformation." I didn't listen to the whole thing only to the two or three first lectures. One of those was a expected laughable caricature of the history of the church, very clearly ignorant on that issue. What struck me is his ultimate premise that the Church "has to be and look like" the Church in the book of Acts. He seems also to teach salvation by baptism, but doesn't articulate it quite clearly. Sondergaard has also a vociferous anti-church-structure mentality, and openly promotes it.
This is has come to my attention since they seem to have started to spread with a larger platform more effectively in Winterthur in Switzerland, 20-30 min from the local church where I go while I’m there.

Does anybody of you know something about that better? How to confront such doctrinally murky and potentially heretical movements and especially when people like even elders in your church adhere openly to it?
