I bought a CMF media disc a couple of years ago and the files all came in 8 bit WAV formats. I was able to find an encoder a while back that converted them but, more recently, I tried to do the same and could not find the encoder as it was really old. Not even dBPowerAmp had the encoder. In fact, I couldn't even play the files.
