Venn's "Complete Duty of Man"

Has anyone read Venn's "Complete Duty of Man"? I came across it in the library and it looked like interesting reading, an old 'puritan-esque' devotional reading, and did a search for it on-line and it is quoted by Abraham Booth in "The Reign of Grace", but would like to get some feedback before I sit down with it.
