What is this, exactly?

I've had a few discussions with my sister recently and a few emerging themes continue to rise up in her theology that I can't specifically identify. She talks a lot about the festivals and feasts (the ceremonial) and insists there will be a reinstitution of the Fall Feast when Christ returns. Also, she claims to be "pre-wrath" in her eschatology. This all seems very Dispensational to me. Is this:
1- One of the many regurgitations of Dispensational thinking?
2- Dispensational with a personal twist?
3- Piecemealed nonsense?
4- Something new?

Ideas about the feasts are becoming popular in dispensationalist thinking. I only know a few dispensationalists that are pre-wrath (meaning the rapture will occur right before the pouring out of God's wrath, as God would not subject his own to wrath).

Sounds like stuff out of the Hebrew Roots Movement which is largely charismatic and (of course) dispensational.

Not formally, but much evangelicalism has been influenced. Her husbands workplace is full of Penty's.....

Personally im having trouble keeping up with all the new things that are out there now. Its become a melting pot of beliefs and everything these days. Bit like the squillion different types of Bibles you can get now for whoever you are. The Bible for the working man, for the mother, for the student, for the punk rocker....
Same goes for churches, something for everyone regardless of what you believe.

Per the prewrath rapture, the rapture occurs between the sixth and the seventh seal. The sixth seal happens at some point after the midpoint of Daniel's 70th week. The rapture must take place before the bowls, and the minimum time for the bowls is (If I recall correctly) six plus months. So, the rapture occurs in the second half of Daniel's 70th week, but the exact time is unknown. Some prewrathers believe it will be closer to the middle. Others believe it will be closer to the end.

They arrive at this conclusion by determining the Day of the Lord to be associated with signs in the heavens, and those signs occur at the sixth seal.

After the seventh seal, there is a multitude in heaven ... which is the raptured church.

After the seals, the bowls begin the outpouring of God's wrath.
