Where does the law say this?

Does "as also saith the law" refer to the obedience, to "for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience", or to the whole verse?

In nmy view, the ref to 'law' is general to the OT scriptures, rather than to 'a' law or specific statute/ordinance. The referent in the v is 'obedience' and not the 'silence.' In the logic of the passage, silence of a certain kind in a particular context (worship) is an outflow or theological conclusion derivable from the study of scripture on the topics of worship, obedience, office, and other combined.
