Women and Voting

Not sure where to post this so here goes.
If Man is the head of his wife and also of the family, then does not his vote count for all the members as he represents them all being the head of the family? Co 11:3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God. Eph 5:23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the savior of the body.
Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks

I disagree with Knox and the other reformers that for a woman to hold any kind of civil authority is per se sinful.

As for women voting in today's society, I don't believe it is that big an issue. Each family can chose for themselves either to have their women abstain, or to vote with the direction of the family head. The bible commands of wives submit to your husbands and children obey your parents are In my humble opinion enough to maintain the principle of male headship.

Question...when did the kingships start going to women. Originally I believe they were always handed to the closest male...then suddenly there was a slew of Queens (with no husbands or ruling separately from their husbands).
