Recently in another thread I made a 'clever' (translate that 'stupid') remark about a brother, Craig Sowder, and something he had written on his blog. I was out of line and I have sent him the following apology.

Hi Craig,
I was surprised to see my PB post end up on your blog. One of the things I loathe about posting is that many become more bold in cyberspace than they are in real life. I fear I became what I loathe. I appreciate your gracious response to my post and I hope you really did get a chuckle but I feel convicted that I was guilty of backbiting you brother. My purpose was to plug the PB and I intended no meanness toward you. However I still feel I played the craven and performed the equivalent of throwing a rock and running. I attempted to get a laugh but it was at your expense. I apologize and will commit to acting more according to the habits of a Christian gentleman.

I have missed you and your contributions on the PB. God bless you richly in your paths of service to Him.

Because I erred in public I will also post this apology on the PB.

In His Mercy,
Bob Vigneault (maxdetail)
