Are we ever blameless

1 Thess 3:12-13
12 And may the Lord make you increase and abound in love to one another and to all, just as we do to you, 13 so that He may establish your hearts blameless in holiness before our God and Father at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all His saints.
NKJV

Does this mean there could be a time where we are sanctified to the point of being blameless in holiness before we die.

imputed righteousness of Christ is our status before God and on that basis he is making us (through sanctification) more and more close to blameless. thus in a very real sense God is making legally blameless sinners truely blameless.

So what Paul says is t be seen as a goal more than a real possibility?
