Breakfast Devotional Group

As a way to improve my daily worship of the Lord (which is too often spotty and weak) and to bolster the faith of my friends in this respect, I've considered starting a devotional breakfast club with myself and a few other Chirstian friends in the spring. My main consideration is how I should go about doing this, and what resources I should consider using for the group. I would be the primary leader and teacher withing the group, at least at first, to get it off the ground and on a firm doctrinal foundation.

I am thinking it might be the way which God uses to bring a RUF to the campus, and that is my long-term hope for this idea.

Any suggestions would be most appreicated.

Oh, and to open a can of worms - is it Biblical? With thinking about so many of these types of endeavors, I am learning to force myself to think critically - not every ministry that MIGHT be used by God is itself a good idea? If it is not Biblical, what alternative should I undertake that would be appropriate? These questions especially did come to mind since I do lack formal teaching authority - though of course I'm called to preach the Gospel and edify fellow believers in knowledge and in faith. These questions are just coming more and more to mind as I address the wretched state of 99% of collegiate ministries and just how utterly ineffective for Him they seem.
