Common Sense

...Common sense is drilled into us from our youngest years...

I thought it's best to start a new thread.....

I think there are those who are blessed to have common sense drilled into them from their youngest years, but I don't know how common that is any more...make sense?

Seriously, I see a lot of people around me that I doubt they were every taught any common sense by anyone in their lives. Maybe I'm just an old fuddy-duddy, but our society is far, far from being ruled by common sense, In my humble opinion.

Brian, myself and I (and I dare say the vast majority here, if not all of all), have been given the benefit of common sense by loving parents who know we needed it and, if not by them, by others whom God sent our way.

Here's to MORE common sense in our world!

I think it helps when parents don't laugh at their kids foolishness! It's not so much that common sense was drilled into me, as much as the stupidity of being foolish.

No you didn't miss my return...This is my return. Ha! I pop in and out now and then, but I don't usually have too much time to post. Whenever I feel like I need a spiritual energizer I come and see what the discussions about about.

From what I recall, you were a "spiritual energizer" to many of us.
