Maybe. People are doing all kinds of funny business in public behind their spouses and featured in a fleeting moment on a Jumbotron. The only reason these people were caught is because they are uber-rich. The bit of her being chief HR officer added strangeness to the case.

I agree, there is good reason not to. But at the same time God says he will laugh at those who reject his counsel, so, there may be room to do so also, especially when something so atrocious is broadcasted to the world, that many times never or rarely comes to light. Prov. 1:25-26.
