I was just curious how long y'all (nice southern accent, huh?) have been married? Today is our 17 year anniversary. Time certainly flies - I can't believe she's put up with me this long.

Today she gave me a couple of lobsters and some shrimp cocktail. I don't have them real often, so it was really nice...and delicious. She certainly knows the way to my heart.

And to top if off, my kids gave me a nice card and two Baby Ruth bars (my favorite candy bars). Are these good kids, or what.

Bob

Congratulations, Bob.

Through your stomach, right? Me too!

My wife and I have been married four years. Time certainly does fly.

Congrats Bob and Mrs. Bob, My wife and I have been married 19.5 years although it seems like forever. Just kidding. Man now I'm going to have to change my screenname on here so she won't read this. Really I love her very much she is a blessing!

12 years for Renee and me. After a dozen years and a sixpack of kids, things kind of blur together, but I am pretty sure we have had a good time....you'll have to ask Renee :D

But seriously, she is the love of my life and I can't imagine that life without her.

Happy Anniversery (we are singing the silly anniversery song from the 88 Fingers episode of the Flintstones).

Congratulations, Bob! Sounds like a wonderful way to enjoy an anniversary. All you had to say was lobster and baby ruths!

My wife and I have been married for 2 years & 2 months.

One year and nine months...

And the best one year and nine months of my life.

Praise God for wives!

Well, we've got quite a range here, from [b:7043f05d91]newlyweds[/b:7043f05d91] (1 year and nine months) to [b:7043f05d91]not-quite-so newly weds[/b:7043f05d91] (19.5 years). I think we can all say Amen to Jonathan's comment, [i:7043f05d91]Praise God for wives![/i:7043f05d91].

Thanks for the congrats. Yesterday was certainly an wonderful day.

Bob

Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Howes!!!!!

Lobster, shrimp, and Baby Ruths: what a meal. What a celebration!

Jen and I have been married for 26 years. Like Jonathan, it's been the best year and nine months of my life. Oh, the rest too, of course. (That'll take the pressure off Sean a bit. )

Congratulations Bob!

My wife and I will be married 17 years this coming January. Seems line just a few days ago I saw her coming down the aisle on her father's arm. (Gotta put some linament on the creaking joints now.)

Congratulations, Bob :-). I was thinking about your anniversary being last week. I'm glad you had a good day.

My husband & I have been married exactly 3 yrs. & 7 months, 30 days, 10 hours, and 37 minutes. Make that 38 minutes. It has been the best 3 yrs, 7 mo, 30 days, 10 hours, and 38 minutes of my life. And we are looking to make it the best 3 yrs, 7 mo, 30 days 10 hrs, and 39 minutes.

My wife and I began to date when we were 15, now we are in our 30's. We have been married for 8 years now with one daughter.

My husband and I have been married 26 years. We were 20 when we got married.

I must say, this is refreshing! Many other boards I visit had this question been asked would have been full of answers about 2nd or 3rd marriages and their length.

Will be three very quick years November the 3rd, and I must agree with the many who have gone before me- praise the Lord for wives (my wife in particular). :amen:

Congrats Bob!

Lobsters, shrimp and candy from the people you love the most? Right on! Jen and I have been married for 7 years this past May. Grace upon grace man.
