iPod Touch OS 4

Should the iPod touch 4.0 update software be installed for a 32 gig iPod touch? Seems like I have heard pros and cons. Where...not sure. So many voices.....

it got rid of some of my apps, i tunes failed to back it up properly.

i still don't see the benefits of iOS4 besides the folders... background wallpaper doesn't work, neither does mulitasking..... or i don't know how to use it.

i just read that it many features don't work with 2nd generation ipod touch, ... i don't think it's worth it.

Not all features are compatible with all devices. For example, multitasking, custom wallpaper, and Bluetooth keyboard support are available only with iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, and the third-generation iPod touch (32GB and 64GB models from late 2009).
