I pay $69.99/yr for 6 members of my family to be able to have all the Office products and 1 TB each of OneDrive storage with Microsoft. 6 tB of space in the cloud per year at < $5/month, along with all the Office products is a pretty good deal.

All right, all right, so there are always exceptions. I have the same deal. :-)

And I do thank you for that.

I just don't have enough family personal use to justify even that. For an occasional letter, powerpoint or spreadsheet the old version works fine, or Libre office on one of the newer machines. Work supplies me with a computer with the full cloud suite plus other necessary programs and all the security features one might think of that their IT staff manages. Microsoft keeps changing up features (a few of which are improvements) and the lack of customization is a pain. Teams to New Teams is an example- some things work better, some things not as well. Sharepoint usability has improved over the years and seems a lot more user friendly than it was 15 years ago.

I do like Libre Office, though I have come to appreciate the convenience of having all my Word docs accessible from OneDrive on the go. 5dc860d3abaddc0bbbf4eee33fe62d43--humor.jpg
