Is there a good list of material that is found in both Mark and Luke but not in Matthew? I seem to recall seeing such a list in Sanders and Davies, Studying the Synoptic Gospels, but no longer have access to the book. I realize it's a short list in comparison to what Matthew and Luke have that Mark does not, but it seems odd that a short list is hard to track down across multiple Bible dictionaries, encyclopedias, websites, and NT introductions.
