OT Timeline

I want to study the Old Testament in more depth in the coming months and next year. In particular, I want to gain more knowledge of the history and events as they play out in the OT. Because of that, I'm looking for a timeline that shows the OT from the time of Adam to the time of Christ. If you guys could guide me to any helpful resources, I'd greatly appreciate that. I would really like to have that visual component to go along with my readings in the OT. Besides the timeline(s), any additional resources are welcome.

I too have been studying the timeline of the whole of scripture and have used these resources along with a few others.
The Unfolding Message of the Bible; by G. Campbell Morgan
According to Plan, The Unfolding Revelation of God in the Bible by Graeme Goldsworthy
A Harmony of Samuel, Kings and Chronicles by William Day Crockett

I realize these dont offer a straight and concise timeline but are so helpful in gaining an overview of God's decree and intent for us.

Check out Casket Empty which diametrically outline the Old (Casket) and New (Empty) Testaments. About the size of a very thin paper back book they fold out to about 3 feet wide. (Casket stands for Creation, Abraham, Sinai, Kings, Exile, Temple)

Bible History, by Alfred Edersheim, is a classic work on the history of the OT.

Meant to offer this comment earlier. Our youngest son wanted a Chronological Study Bible, which we gladly purchased for him. Aside from the obvious resource it provides to someone wanting to study the Bible chronologically, there is a helpful Table of Contents, listing nine "epochs" with dates and details for each, which serves as a timeline.
